4. Shipping, delivery and order processing

5. Right to cancel (UK consumer rights)

For consumers in the UK buying at a distance, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you (or a third party you nominate) receives the goods, without giving a reason. After you notify us of cancellation you have a further 14 days to return the item (unless an exception applies). Returned items must be received in original condition unless damaged. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection, subject to our Returns Policy.
